Penny Wheat - The Craft of the Silversmith

This month we have a return visit from Penny Wheat. Penny lectured in silversmithing and jewellery for 36 years at Stafford College and brings a wealth of items to show audiences.

The talk is very amusing and wide-ranging, covering all aspects of the craft, from coming up with ideas, to transferring them to metal, producing the object and completing the process by having them hallmarked.
